We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused and unworn products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original packaging

• With all labels intact

Important — Hygiene Policy for Grip Socks

For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, tried on, or show any signs of use.

Only unopened and unused grip socks are eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your item arrived faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at info@balancu.com with photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
