Welcome to Balancu. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we ship our products and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES


We currently ship to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and selected EU countries.


Lithuania

• DPD Parcel Locker – €2.99 (1–3 business days)

• Free Shipping on orders over €40


Latvia

• DPD Parcel Locker – €4.99 (2–4 business days)

• Free Shipping on orders over €70


Estonia

• DPD Parcel Locker – €5.99 (2–4 business days)

• Free Shipping on orders over €70


European Union

• Registered EU Shipping – €9.90 (4–8 business days)


Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the required order value is reached.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

• A tracking link is sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking updates to activate.

4. UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCELS

• Parcels not collected from parcel lockers are automatically returned to us.

• If you would like the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

• Shipping fees for unclaimed parcels are non-refundable.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS


We want you to be happy with your purchase.

However, due to hygiene standards, grip socks fall under non-returnable items once the packaging is opened or the product has been worn.


Eligible for a return only if:

• the product is unused,

• the packaging is unopened,

• the item is in resellable condition,

• and within 14 days of delivery.


If these conditions are met, a refund can be issued for the product price (excluding shipping).


Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons):

• Opened or used grip socks

• Items without original packaging

• Items showing signs of wear or damage

• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

6. EXCHANGES


We currently offer exchanges only if:

• the product is unused and in original packaging, and

• you wish to change the size or model of the same item.


The customer is responsible for return shipping to us; we cover the shipping for the replacement item.

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours at info@balancu.com

• Include photos + order number

• We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you


This does not apply to wear-and-tear or damage caused by improper use or care.
